Thank you for submitting your FREE shipping form and your order information. We will email you a printable shipping label.
We will take the information you have provided to create and send you your UPS Shipping label via email. You should receive an email from us (Absolute Automotive) containing your printable shipping label within 1 business day. Please contact us if you do not see that email by then!
Inside that email will be a link for you to access your pre-paid UPS return service label. All you have to do is print the label, attach it to a box with your instrument cluster packed safely inside (allow 2 inches of padding around your cluster), and drop it off at the closest UPS.
Ship us your cluster. Here’s what to expect:
If you have pre-paid for a full rebuild, when we receive your cluster, we will complete your rebuild and any selected upgrades within 24 hrs, then send it back to you.
If you have pre-paid for a cluster exchange, we will promptly add any requested upgrades, set the mileage, and ship your rebuilt cluster out to you. You may send in your old cluster using the FREE shipping form once the rebuilt one arrives.
If you are paying for individual repairs, when we receive your cluster, our staff will call you with the bench test results and discuss repairs, upgrades (if interested), and payment before any work is performed.
