Repair Your Cluster

Fill out the form below and you will immediately receive a pre-paid UPS Ground label to print and put on your box! (All cluster repairs include FREE shipping to us. Customer must pay flat fee of $24.00 for return shipping and handling. Cluster may take 3-6 days to travel in each direction. Contact us for quicker shipping. Additional charges may apply.)

The process for these à la carte services is as follows:

  • Fill out our Free Shipping* form here on our website.
  • Print your pre-paid UPS standard shipping label.
  • Remove your cluster from your car. For help with that, view our tutorial videos.
  • Package your cluster well in a box and apply your prepaid shipping label to the box. Then, send it off to us!
  • Your cluster arrives at our shop, and our team performs a bench test on it. We then contact you to go over the repairs and upgrades you would like made, and take a credit card payment over the phone.
  • Our technicians perform requested repairs within 2-3 days of receiving it, then send it back to you the next day.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

    In order to have service performed on your instrument cluster, you must agree to the following:

    • Any instrument clusters left more than 30 days will be considered "abandoned" and will be added to our inventory.
    • Once you submit your information for free shipping, your free shipping label will be EMAILED to you. Check all spam folders and trash if you do not see your free shipping label within 1 business day.
    • In order to perform repairs on any instrument cluster, I (the customer) understand the unit will be dismantled. If upon disassembly defective parts such as a 2nd Gen. x15 stepper motors are no longer useable, I (the customer) will be responsible for the repair cost.
    • Clusters sent to us for repair MUST be sent as a complete unit. No individual cluster parts may be sent.
    • Turnaround times are an estimate and not a guarantee.
    • Tamper-proof labels will be applied to your cluster after repairs. Removing them will void your warranty. Our warranty is only associated with parts that we repair.
    • Prices do NOT include sale Tax or Shop Supplies.
    • A minimum Fee of $50.00 is applicable if only changing individual bulbs.
    • Rear view mirror display repairs DO NOT have any warranty at this time.
    • Free shipping to our facility is by requesting our pre-paid UPS ground label via E-mail. Customer is always responsible for return shipping.
    • Free shipping offer ONLY applies to the lower 48 States of the U.S.
    • In the event we do not perform repairs to your part, customer is responsible for the ROUND TRIP shipping.
